Spiral compactor

The spiral compactor consists of a spiral screw with shaft that transports the material into the compaction zone.

The spiral screw applies high pressure inside the compaction zone, pushing the material into a friction tube. The end of the spiral shaft is supported by compacted material. Some models also have a drainage area for water extraction.
